Party time!!!

This is my third time joining in the party. The last two years have been a blast, so I had to do it again.

My name is Jen and I'm a homeschooling, kindle reading, coupon cutting, chocolate addicted, firewife. I've been married to my Fireman for 14 years and we have 2 silly kids and one goofy 9 mo old yellow lab. Shooter is gonna be 12 next month and Sassy is 10. When did they get so old?? I don't feel old enough to have a 12 and 10 yr old. *sigh*

Let me tell you a bit about myself. I eat chocolate everyday. Seriously. And that doesn't include the bowl of chocolate oatmeal I eat for breakfast every morning. Yes you heard me correctly, chocolate oatmeal, quick oats with chocolate chips and peanut butter. I am addicted to my Kindle. I got it last year for Mother's day and I haven't put it down since. I'm a sucker for romance, all types. I love the kind that leaves me with a heaping pile of tissues on my lap and has me calling my doc for a new Rx for my happy pills. :)

Hubs is the best hubby and father in the world. He works hard for us and takes care of us. He also likes to buy me Amazon GC to ward off the Mommy meltdowns. Smart man.

My kids are the active type. They keep the stain remover companies in business and I have to buy the bottles by the case. But they also like to play legos and read on their Kindles. Most of the time they get along, but sometimes they fight like cats and dogs.

We also have a 70 pound yellow lab that thinks she's a lap dog. She also likes to eat grass and sticks, which makes me run around the house screaming and yelling and trying to make her go outside so I don't have to clean up another pile of puke. Sounds like fun??
